These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of shop.tnin.pro (the "Site") and any digital products purchased through it, operated by TNIN LLC ("TNIN," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Products

TNIN sells digital products, which may include downloadable files and templates, software or apps, online courses or content access, and licenses or subscriptions (collectively, "Products"). All Products are delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped.

2. Accounts

You may create an account to purchase Products, or check out as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tnin.pro if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a Product from TNIN, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Product for personal use only. Unless we agree otherwise in writing for a specific Product:

  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product, in whole or in part, with any third party.
  • You may not claim the Product as your own original work.
  • You may not use the Product to create a competing product for resale.

TNIN retains all intellectual property rights in and to its Products. Purchasing a Product transfers only the limited license described above — not ownership of the underlying content, code, or intellectual property.

4. Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our [Refund Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or Products for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNIN LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to Products or Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue Products at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, regardless of your location.
